B - Shake/banana (post ride), omelet, grits
S - Apple
L - Kale salad w/ tofu nuggets
S - Clif Mojo Bar
D - Pork stir fry, Belgian beer, dark choc
Workout: 30 minute ride on TT bike + Cyclocore abs
Thursday:
B - Homemade muesli w/ berries
S - Apple
L - Grilled salmon, spinach, heirloom tomatoes
